Delivery and returns

DELIVERY

 

- Shipping cost
For any Order between €0 and €149.99 and intended for delivery in France, shipping costs are free.
For any Order less than, equal to or greater than €150 and intended for delivery abroad, delivery charges are applied.
The amount of delivery costs is indicated inclusive of all taxes.

Delivery in France: 

Colissimo delivery delivered against signature (2 to 3 working days) at home €8 - FREE FROM 150€ OF PURCHASE. 

Delivery via COLISSIMO takes place in Metropolitan France, Andorra, Corsica and Monaco.

Packages will generally be delivered Monday through Friday, with some weekend exceptions. If you are absent during the postman's visit, he will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox so that you can pick up your package at your post office.

Delivery MONDIAL RELAY (2 to 5 working days) €5. 

Delivery is made to the relay point closest to your address entered when ordering.

Delivery Colissimo DOMTOM (5 to 10 working days) at home €15: 

Delivery via Colissimo DOM TOM is made against signature.

Please note that this period may be extended by customs procedures, the price does not include customs fees.

Delivery in Europe: 

Colissimo Europe delivery (5 to 8 working days) €15:

Delivery via Colissimo Europe is made against signature.

Worldwide Delivery: 

DHL Express World delivery (2 to 5 working days) €30:

Delivery via DHL Express World is against signature. The delays vary according to the country of destination.

NO DELIVERY ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.

Please note that this period may be extended by customs procedures, the price does not include customs fees.

 

We decline all responsibility for the extension of delivery times due to the carrier, in particular in the event of loss of products, bad weather or strikes.

- Delivery delay

For products in stock: the delay can vary between 3 and 7 days.

For pre-order products: these are products that have not yet been manufactured, the estimated delivery date is indicated on the product sheet.


Divine Chaos ensures that it does everything possible to deliver the Products to the Customer within the deadlines mentioned above.

 

Exchange & returns

You have 14 days to send us a labeled product, unworn and in its original packaging and by making your request via ourContact form.

. Returns will be at your expense (we are a very small company, we hope to be able to give you a gift soon).​

. In the event that the product received is damaged or you find a defect, first know that we are sorry, then send us a message at  divinechaostribe@gmail.com  to let us know. We will do what is necessary to exchange it for you (within the limit of available stock).
